Hello & welcome

I’ve wanted to start a blog for years but never knew where to start! I thought there’s no need to hold off any longer. I’ll never get started if I wait for everything to be planned out. So here is me jumping right in!

There’s no clear plan but I have lots of ideas!

I am interested in wellness and want my career going forward to focus on wellness.

What do I mean by wellness?

  • emotional health and contentment
  • engaging in regular physical exercise
  • sleep
  • rest
  • food
  • cultivating positive relationships
  • work-life balance
  • practicing mindfulness and stress management techniques

But how do we fit all that in?

There is so much pressure on people these days to:

  • Have a successful career
  • Have good social life and maintain relationships
  • Get adequate sleep
  • Eat well
  • Exercise
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Reflect
  • and so the list goes on….

I’d like to think we can fit all these things into our lives but I think moderation and realistic expectations are important.

By prioritising what truly matters, we can foster a sense of satisfaction and joy in both our work and personal lives, ultimately leading to a richer, more balanced existence.

Let’s figure out how we can have a balanced, fulfilling life that encompasses not only our personal aspirations but also our professional goals.
