My 20s have been a time to learn how to navigate the world. After years of studying and a couple years in work, I’m starting to figure out what is of importance to me. Number one being my well-being.
There is so much pressure on young people to do it all – have a successful career, exercise, have hobbies, have enough sleep, eat well and to socialise. I want to find a way to live a fulfilled balanced life, removing the societal pressures to do it all.
